The Luculent Group's Comprehensive Innovation Center for Synthetic Biology Intelligent Manufacturing is composed of molecular biology laboratory, fermentation laboratory, testing laboratory, sterile laboratory, etc., including microfluidic high-throughput screening platform, bioinformatics + AI technology platform, molecular biology (genetic engineering) experimental platform, fermentation and detection platform, etc., which can carry out high-quality strain domestication and screening, strain creation, high-density fermentation, high-purity separation and purification, and full-project testing and identification.

Microfluidic high-throughput screening platform
The data-driven genotype construction platform based on high-throughput flow imaging has the characteristics of high throughput, automation, and high sensitivity. By using CRISPR high-throughput genotype construction, droplet microfluidics, and ultra-high-throughput characterization testing technology, the relationship between phenotypic genes, metabolism and correlation of production strains was deeply explored from the whole genome, such as analyzing the phenotype, genes, metabolism, etc. of HMOs production strains, and then screening out strains with better expression performance and more stable strains to achieve the construction of efficient strains.
